- Cristina Castellana Tenedor joins CAPESIC as an Associate Analyst for Sub-Saharan Africa.
Cristina Castellana Tenedor is a BA graduate in Economics and International Relations (2017), with a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development, specialized in the Global South (2018), at the University of Sussex. She is currently studying a Postgraduate degree in International Development Cooperation at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Gabriel Garroum joins the Team as an Associate Analyst for Middle East, with a focus on Syria.
Gabriel Garroum is an ESRC-funded PhD researcher at War Studies Department, King’s College London. He holds a MSc in Middle East Politics with Distinction from SOAS (2014) and a BA in Political Science from Pompeu Fabra University (2013). He has previously worked at the Spanish Commercial Office in Istanbul (Turkey) and he is currently a fellow of the Research Centre in International Relations (RCIR) at King’s College London. He is also a regular contributor and analyst of Middle East politics for several Catalan and Spanish media platforms such as El País, El Mundo, El Confidencial, La Vanguardia, TV3, Rac1, Diari Ara, among many others. - Finally, Dr. Jofre Rocabert joins CAPESIC as an Associate Analyst in European Politics and International Organizations.
Jofre Rocabert is a Golda Meir Postdoctoral Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJ). He holds a PhD in Political Science by ETH Zurich (2018), an MA in European Government by University of Konstanz (2013), and a BA in Political Science by Pompeu Fabra University (2011).
